Hello , I am new in this forum, I have seen the documentary and thought that I need to write something about this beautiful and inspiring piece of work . I am Dyslexic and have ADHD too , and my life is got a lot of points in common with Ben’s and Stephanie (thanks to both for been so sharing an articulate about your problems , and talking about the ’’solution’’ to them) Like them I went to the University (in my case in London, England) over there I had a lot of help in comparison to Spain were I live all my life , nevertheless during my years in Uni I experience excruciating pain in my back the anti inflammatory drugs that I took for this send me out of balance (the stimulant drugs for my adhd made everithing worse) the suffering made me go into self discovery also trying to find as much as I can about dyslexia and adhd ,thanks to all those nice people that devote their life to help people with this problems in England I learned a lot about the specific problems that we experience , but also as an Art student I got in touch with the Art’s Dyslexia Trust an organization that look in to the good side of all this , and the more that I learn the more I realice that we are different-able , with so much to offer with our peculiar and creative way of seen things perhaps more sensitive to the environment we live in more humble due to the suffering of this condition but with great compassionate minds …

about a year ago i had a depression problem nothing really bad had happened in my life it was just like i fell in to a hole and couldn’t get out and since i cant find a reason why i was wondering if some how it was tied in to my dyslexia(i dont reallly know lot about dyslexia) or if anyone has had a similar experience
